Sometimes cancelling is a must. We understand that life can bring emergencies where your hair becomes last priority. We always try to be as understanding as possible. However, we do ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This request is made to simply allow us an opportunity to fill any openings in our schedule and adjust our schedules to accommodate each of our guests. If this request is not respected, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service price is to be made prior to rescheduling. This fee is to cover our time for your scheduled spot. Our cancellation policy is at the discretion of the individual stylist and the salon owner.
